EarliestAppointment is free/busy only. We never request or store patient names, client details, appointment notes, vehicle VINs, or any other personal data. Every connector pulls only time intervals — when a slot is booked — and maps them to Availability Blocks in our system. No PHI, no PII, just open vs. busy.
