Connect Acuity Scheduling

What you need:Your Acuity User ID (email/number) and an API Key.
Prerequisites
- An active Acuity Scheduling account (any paid plan — the 7-day trial does not include API access).
- Admin access to your Acuity account.
Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to your Acuity Scheduling account.Go to https://acuityscheduling.com/login.php and sign in.
- Navigate to Integrations.Click the Integrations option in the left sidebar. On mobile, open the menu first.
- Find the API section and generate an API Key.Scroll to the API section. If you do not already have a key, click Generate API Key. Copy the key — it will only be shown once.
- Note your Acuity User ID.Your User ID is the number listed at the top of the API section (e.g. 12345678). It is not your email — it is the numeric ID next to your business name.
Where to paste in EarliestAppointment: In Dashboard → Calendar Sync, select Acuity Scheduling. Enter your numeric User ID in the User ID field and paste the API Key in the Key field.
Tips
- If you ever revoke and regenerate the API key, you will need to update it here as well.
- Acuity trial accounts (7-day) do not have API access — upgrade to a paid plan first.
