What you need:Your Company Login and an API Key from the API plugin settings.
Prerequisites
- An active SimplyBook.me business account.
- The API custom feature must be enabled in your plan (it is a paid add-on for some plans).
Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to your SimplyBook.me admin interface.Go to https://simplybook.me and click Login at the top right, then select Admin Login.
- Navigate to Plugins.From the left sidebar admin menu, click Manage, then Plugins.
- Find and enable the API plugin.In the list of plugins, locate API. If you do not see it, scroll down or use the search box. Click Install/Enable if it is not already active.
- Open API plugin Settings and copy your API Key and Company Login.Click Settings next to the API plugin. You will see your API Key (a long string) and your Company Login (your account name). Copy both.
Where to paste in EarliestAppointment: In Dashboard → Calendar Sync, select SimplyBook.me. Enter your Company Login and paste the API Key.
Tips
- The API uses JSON-RPC — requests go to user-api.simplybook.me. The Company Login is passed in the X-Company-Login header.
- If the API plugin is not visible, your plan may not include it. Check your plan features or contact SimplyBook.me support.
- SimplyBook.me is HIPAA-compliant from the Standard plan — suitable for healthcare providers.
