By using EarliestAppointment (“Service”), you agree to these terms. Listings and availability are provided by businesses; we do not guarantee accuracy or that an appointment will be available when you inquire.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, abuse APIs, create fake accounts, or post unlawful content. We may delist, suspend, or delete accounts and ban IPs for abuse.

Free/busy data

Calendar integrations sync free/busy intervals only. Do not upload personal data of patients or customers into availability blocks.

Billing

Paid plans (Lite, Enterprise) are billed via PayPal. Promo codes and complimentary memberships may be offered. Cancellations follow PayPal subscription rules for paid plans.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO EARLIESTAPPOINTMENT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
