What you need:A ChiDesk API key and your account name (subdomain).
Prerequisites
- An active ChiDesk salon/spa account.
Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to your ChiDesk account.Your ChiDesk URL is https://{account}.chidesk.com — use your subdomain.
- Navigate to Setup → API Access.From the top menu or settings area, locate the API / Integrations section.
- Generate or copy your ChiDeskApiKey.If no key exists, create one. The key is passed as a custom header named ChiDeskApiKey in every API request. Copy it and store it securely.
- Note your account name.Your account name is the subdomain in your login URL (e.g. mysalon in mysalon.chidesk.com).
Where to paste in EarliestAppointment: In Dashboard → Calendar Sync, select ChiDesk. Paste your API key and enter your account name.
Tips
- ChiDesk also supports class bookings and membership data — we only read appointments and class schedules for busy-time calculation.
- If you change your account subdomain, update it here as well.
