What you need:A Keyloop Developer account with Service Appointment Booking API access.
Prerequisites
- Your dealership must use a Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS).
- A Keyloop developer account at developer.keyloop.io.
- Service Appointment Booking (SAB) API access must be provisioned for your dealership.
Step-by-step instructions
- Apply for Keyloop developer access.Go to https://developer.keyloop.io and sign up for a developer account. Request access to the Service Appointment Booking product.
- Receive your OAuth 2.0 credentials and dealer ID.Once approved, Keyloop will provide your client credentials and the dealer ID(s) for your location(s).
- In Dashboard → Calendar Sync, select Keyloop SAB.Enter your OAuth credentials and the dealer ID. We will pull confirmed appointments and show busy time.
How to connect: No manual key entry needed — click Connect and complete the authorization flow in your browser.
Tips
- Keyloop SAB checks availability in real time against the DMS — no stale data.
- You can also search for advisors, service categories, and booking options through the same API.
